Book an activity online and receive the confirmation email as follows:
• Find an activity. Click on “Book your visit”
- Choose a date on the calendar, and start time (if necessary).
- Fill in the required data. <You can go forward with “Next” or go back with “Previous”
- Check your order. Click on “Request visit”
- You will receive a confirmation email automatically. If not, check spam, or contact us.
We offer different prices depending on the activity and the type of participants (eg children, students, adults or retirees). You can see the available rates by selecting the number of participants on the page of any activity. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any other type of discounts.
For some of our activities, children up to 12 years old do not pay. If this is the case for the activity you are interested in, select the number of children. For capacity control, it is necessary to know the exact number of participants. A supporting document must be shown at the time of carrying out the activity. If said document cannot be displayed, the remaining amount must be paid.
Our website shows the current availability of all activities.
Thanks to the colors of the calendar, you will see which dates and activities are still available. The days marked in black are available, so you can book your activity on those dates.
The days marked in gray indicate that the places for that activity are sold out, that the activity has been canceled or that it is not open to the public on those dates.
Please note that the availability information will only be reliable if you enter the exact number of participants for whom you wish to book the activity, as availability may vary depending on the number of participants you select.

Group size may vary depending on the activity. A number that allows personalized attention is always ensured. The minimum number of participants in group visits is 5 or 8, depending on the visit. All activities offered are public. To make a reservation for a private group, go to the “Private Visits” or “Groups” section. The size of the group, in this case, will be the number of participants in it.
The number of participants in both public and private groups may vary according to the guidelines established by the public administration.

To check the start time, select the desired date, and the hour/s at which the activity begins will appear.

The “In Detail” section of each activity page includes a description of the full itinerary. If you are browsing our website, click on “+” to read the full text. If you prefer to customize the itinerary, consult the section “Private visits”.
All activities offered to the general public are confirmed immediately. This means that you will receive a confirmation email from YOUR GUIDE IN SALAMANCA via email as soon as you have made the reservation. For group visits, you must wait for the final confirmation from the company that the minimum number has been reached to carry out the guided tour.
The coupon/email includes the details of your reservation and important information such as: pick-up or meeting point, date and time, instructions on what to bring to the activity and other information of interest.
It is not necessary to bring the printed email. In fact, we urge you not to print it, and thus contribute to the protection of the environment. Just show us the confirmation on your mobile when you start the visit.
Most of the activities are confirmed automatically with a voucher that is sent to you immediately after your reservation. Please check your spam folder as sometimes our message can be found there.

Meeting and pick up point

The day of the activity

The duly qualified guide will accompany the group throughout the tour. In case of any variation in any activity, you will be informed as soon as we know about it. Any of the places provided may be replaced by others of similar characteristics as long as it is due to special circumstances or force majeure.
The abandonment or separation of the group during the visit implies the loss of the right to claim.
There may be waits when accessing some monuments.
Make sure you are at the correct meeting or pick-up point and at the agreed time.

Add participants to a reservation:
To add participants you must make a new reservation for the additional participants.
Remove participants from a reservation:
Send us a message and we will modify your reservation. Take into account the cancellation policy. In addition, some activities require a minimum number of participants.
You can change the date and/or time of a reservation automatically from the confirmation email as long as the change occurs before 48 hours from the start of the activity.
If your activity starts in more than 48 hours, you can cancel your reservation automatically from the confirmation email.
If you cancel a reservation, we will confirm the cancellation by email. Check your spam folder if you don’t get an instant confirmation
You will find the cancellation policy for your experience in the confirmation email and on our website.

Payment will be made at the time the guided tour begins. The payment method is in cash, or by BIZUM. Regarding visits organized for groups, or whenever it is necessary to issue an invoice to the client, the billing information will be provided to TU GUÍA EN SALAMANCA. Payment, in this case, will be made by bank transfer in the days prior to the visit.
